Over the last decade, I've been provided multiple opportunities to defend complex litigation matters all over the U.S. Those opportunities have included defending against efforts to secure nationwide certification of various claims.  I confess, I enjoy all that is involved in defending class actions. As with any area of law, being aware of developments and shifts in class action jurisprudence can increase your chances of successfully defending a class action.
